Redemptorist Road Gate
This is the gate of the shrine on the Redemptorist Road. This is open to church goers and motorists 24/7.
Ossuary
This is where lies the bones of deceased Redemptorist priests and brothers who serve at the shrine. There is also a special place for dead fetuses left at the shrine over the years.
Public CR
This is the public comfort rooms and toilets is located. This is a free comfort room but care and cleanliness is expected of those who use it.
Basketball Court
This is the Basketball court of the shrine where sports activities and other special gatherings are held.
Vinteres Hall
Named after Fr. Teofilo Vinters, former Rector of the shrine, this is where the offices of the social mission is located.
Patio
This is the front porch of the shrine. Many people use this area to sit and relax after the mass and novena.
Youth Center
The John Maguire Youth Center is where the young people from the shrine volunteers meet and hold their activities.
Skills Training Center
This is the training center for vocational skills alternative learning system especially for out-of-school and unemployed. It also serves as a livelihood center.
St. Therese Grotto
This is where the statue of St. Therese of Child Jesus is located. Around the statue is a small grotto and pond where people can pray and take a wish and throw a coin. All coins collected here goes to projects for the poor.
Shrine Service Road
This is the main road from Roxas Blvd leading to the shrine. This is an all people street with no vehicles and parking allowed for people to freely walk to and from the shrine.
Candle Chapel
This the place where church goers pray and light a candle for their intentions and thanksgiving. This is open 24/7. This is the second most popular place after the shrine.
Sinirangan Coffee Shop
Located on the ground floor of the Carillon Bell tower is this coffee shop. The coffee here comes from the farmers of Eastern Samar towns badly devasted by supertyphoon Yolanda.
Shrine Wall Art
Begun in 2015, this is a project of the Redemptorist community to beautify and green the walls and garden of the shrine through art and using recycled materials.
Bantayog ng mga Bayani
This is a special memorial for all desaparecidos - victims of involuntary disappearances during the time of Marcos. Prominent among them is Fr. Rudy Romano, a Redemptorist from Samar who disappeared in July 11, 1985.
Nave
The biggest area of the shrine where the people sit and stand during the services of the shrine.
Sanctuary
The main area of the shrine where the altar, lectern, tabernacle and the icon of Our Mother of Perpetual Help is located. This is off-limits to people during services. But on Wednesday night, this is open to people who wish to pray silently gazing at the icon.
Romano Hall
Named after Fr. Rudy Romano. This is the main hall of the shrine where big gatherings are held.
Shrine Front Office
This is where the lobby and front office of the shrine is located. You can come here to book masses, inquire about the shrine, book an appointment, make a donation or simply relax and sit in the lobby.
Redemptorist Convent
This is the main residence of Redemptorist priests and brothers of the shrine. Some offices are also located here.
